Is this a real invitation?
Yes. Your mailer came from the dealership named on it, and your Invitation Code is tied to that mailing — enter it and you'll see part of your own name and address before anything else happens. Nothing is bought or signed on this site.
Will this affect my credit score?
Reserving your visit doesn't check your credit. After you reserve, you can choose to send the dealership a credit application. That step is optional, and because it's a hard credit inquiry it may affect your score. You'll be asked for your permission first, and you can skip it and talk it through at your visit instead.
How will the dealership reach me?
By text. Your specialist texts you at the mobile number you give, and only about this invitation. Reply whenever it suits you, or reply STOP to end the texts. You're never obligated to buy.
I've had a bankruptcy or a repossession. Is this really for me?
Yes — that's exactly who the Fresh Start Program is for: bankruptcy (open or discharged), a repossession, late or missed payments, divorce, medical bills, a job change, collections, or thin credit. Participating dealerships work with lenders who look at your income and stability today, not only where you've been. Each lender makes its own decision, so no one can promise approval — but a hard chapter doesn't close the door.
Why do you ask about my credit and down payment?
Those questions are optional, and you can skip any of them. Your answers simply help your specialist match you with lenders that fit your situation before you visit. They never count against you.
Where do I find my Invitation Code?
It's the 9-digit number printed under the barcode on the invitation your dealership mailed you. Scanning the QR code with your phone's camera opens this site with your Invitation Code already filled in.
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no charge to use this site or to talk with the dealership's specialist, and you're never obligated to buy.
Is the Fresh Start Program a lender?
No. It connects you with a participating local dealership. Financing comes from third-party lenders through the dealership, and their terms depend on your full credit application.
What happens after I respond?
Your answers go to the dealership named on your invitation. A specialist there will text you to talk through your options and set up a visit at a time that works for you.
